Social Media Manager

As our Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of our brand in the digital world. You will manage our social media platforms, creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and aligns with our brand values. Your role involves growing our online presence, fostering community engagement, and contributing to our marketing strategies.

Your key responsibilities include: 

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility and customer engagement. 
  • Crafting compelling social media content that reflects our brand’s voice and values. 
  • Tracking social media metrics and leveraging this data to optimize content and strategy. 
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure a cohesive social media identity. 
  • Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely and professional manner. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. 
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and best practices. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines. 
  • A passion for community engagement and customer-centricity. 
  • Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
