  1. Processing your Order 
    1. An email confirmation is sent to your email address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
  2. Shipment Processing Time 
    1. Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within seven business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within 24 hours, and some may take up to 28 days. 
    2. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.
  3. Shipment Locations 
    1. Domestic Only: We currently ship within Australia only. 
    2. Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates 
    1. We endeavor to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided to you. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within the estimated delivery times. 
    2.  Express Shipping: The order will arrive within 7 days business days.  
    3. Standard Shipping:  The order will arrive within 14 days business days. 
  5. Please note 
    1. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays. 
    2. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 
    3. The delivery date may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. 
    4. Products may be delivered in separate shipments. 
    5. When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated Delivery Date: 
    6. Weight factor: Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. 
    7. Due to unavoidable circumstances, packages to and from our facility in Melbourne may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time. 
    8. We are not responsible for the wrong shipping address if you provide incorrect information.
  6.  Tracking Options 
    1. The Hamper Boutique Co aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
  7.  Damages 
    1. If there is any damage to the products on delivery, you must contact us within 24 hours after the delivery. Please email us at info@thehamperboutique.com.au and provide us with the order number, pictures of the damaged items and a brief description.
  8. Missing or Lost Package 
    1. If you have not received your package, you must contact us within 24 hours of being notified that the package has been delivered. Please email us at info@thehamperboutique.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
