Our local customer support team is always on hand to answer any questions, help you find the perfect gift hamper, and address any concerns about our products or services.
Send us a question about a hamper or a customisation and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Need it to arrive around a particular day? We will help arrange delivery as close as possible to the date you prefer.
Across Melbourne metro, same-day delivery may be available by arrangement on weekdays: call us before 11 am with the delivery address and we will quote the rate (not for hampers containing alcohol). Every hamper is tracked, and we email the tracking to you.
