We have strict controls to ensure that our digital marketing does not advertise gift hampers containing liquor to individuals below the legal drinking age.
Never aimed at under-18s
We do not advertise to anyone under the legal drinking age on our website, social media, or any digital platform. Our advertising is responsible and aligned with the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 guidelines and regulations.
We sell alcohol under Victorian Liquor Licence No. 36171663, and only ever as part of a gift hamper with non-alcoholic items, never on its own. Our marketing never encourages excessive drinking or presents alcohol as a necessity.

The people you send hampers to
Sending a hamper never puts the recipient on a marketing list. Their details are used to deliver the hamper and for nothing else, and we never contact them with marketing by email, message or post. We send order updates and tracking to you, the person who ordered, so you can send to a whole client list with confidence.
Hearing from us
Our marketing emails always name us as the sender and carry an unsubscribe link. To stop hearing from us, click unsubscribe, reply STOP to a text or email hello@thehamperboutique.com.au, and we will act on it within five business days. Your order confirmations and delivery updates keep coming, and we do not sell or rent your personal information.
