    Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorized and verified, all orders are processed within seven business days. We will contact you if there are any delays. Some orders may ship within 24 hours, while others may take up to 28 days. We cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates.

  3. Shipment Locations

    We currently ship within Australia only and do not ship to PO Boxes.

  4. Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

    Once your order is placed, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment rather than the date of order. Delivery times are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances. Express Shipping: The order will arrive within 7 business days. Standard Shipping: The order will arrive within 14 business days.

    • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    • Delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
    • Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
    • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
    • Due to unavoidable circumstances, packages to and from our Melbourne facility may be delayed. We appreciate your patience during this time.
    • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  6. Tracking Options

    Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package. All orders delivered within Australia automatically include tracking.

  7. Damages

    If there is any damage to the products on delivery, contact us within 24 hours at info@thehamperboutique.com.au with your order number, pictures of the damaged items, and a brief description.

  8. Missing or Lost Package

    If you have not received your package, contact us within 24 hours of being notified that the package has been delivered at info@thehamperboutique.com.au.
