- Delivery Areas
- We deliver hampers across Australia-wide, including residential, business, and PO Box addresses (subject to courier capability).
- Deliveries to remote or regional areas may take longer and may be subject to courier limitations. We do not currently ship internationally.
- Delivery Timeframes
- We offer the following delivery options at checkout:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (metro areas only)
- Same-Day Delivery: Available for eligible Melbourne metro postcodes on weekdays, when orders are placed before the advertised cut-off time.
- Timeframes are estimates only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or dispatch delays due to unforeseen events. While we use reputable third-party carriers, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier operations or events outside our control (e.g. weather, traffic, industrial action).
- Processing and Dispatch
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, subject to stock availability.
- Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day), processing times may be extended.
- We will notify you by email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking details (where available).
- Delivery Conditions
- To ensure smooth delivery, please ensure the following:
- The delivery address is complete and accurate, including recipient name, business name (if applicable), and contact number.
- Someone is available to accept the delivery during business hours, or authority to leave (ATL) is provided where permitted.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, access restrictions, or the recipient not being available, re-delivery fees may apply.
- We are not liable for:
- Delays or failures caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you;
- Loss or theft of parcels after delivery has been confirmed;
- Parcels left unattended under ATL instructions.
- Tracking and Delivery Confirmation
- We provide tracking information for most deliveries via email. It is your responsibility to monitor the delivery status and follow up directly with the courier in the event of any delivery issue.
- If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@thehamperboutique.com.au, and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the courier.
- Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package size, and selected delivery option. Free shipping may be offered for specific promotions or order thresholds as advertised.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the delivery failure is due to our error.
- Alcohol Delivery Requirements
- If your hamper includes alcohol, it must be delivered in accordance with our Responsible Liquor Sales Policy, which includes:
- Delivery to persons aged 18 or over only
- Age verification upon delivery
- Delivery restrictions to public areas or unattended locations
- Non-Deliverable Orders
- If your order is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g. incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, no one available), you may request:
- A re-delivery (fees may apply); or
- A refund for the product cost only (less original shipping fees and any return handling charges).
- Custom or perishable orders are not eligible for refund under these circumstances.
- Delivery Delays or Disputes
- If a delay or delivery failure occurs and it is due to our error (e.g. incorrect labelling or mishandling), we will offer one of the following remedies:
- A replacement hamper (subject to availability); or
- A refund of the full order amount including shipping.
- No compensation will be provided for delays caused by third-party carriers once a parcel is in transit.

- This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
