Christmas delivery

To arrive before Christmas, order by 11 am Monday 21 December for metro areas, or Friday 18 December for regional areas, and choose express delivery. Delivery times are estimates, so the earlier the better. Corporate runs of 50 or more hampers: order by late November.

Branding with no minimum

Add your logo or agency colours to the box, ribbon, message slip and sticker for a small one-off setup fee. Proofs arrive within 24 hours of receiving your logo. For branded Christmas orders, approve your artwork at least three business days before the last dispatch day.

Email us your recipient list and we send to every address across Australia from a single order, with free standard delivery to each one and tracking on every parcel.

Logo on the box, ribbon, message slip and sticker for a small one-off setup fee, with no minimum order. Branded hampers dispatch within three business days of artwork approval.

Frequently asked questions

When is the last day to order for Christmas?

To arrive before Christmas, order by 11 am Monday 21 December for metro areas, or Friday 18 December for regional areas, and choose express delivery. For branded hampers, approve your artwork at least three business days before the last dispatch day: by Wednesday 16 December for metro areas, or Tuesday 15 December for regional areas.

Is there a minimum order?

No. There is no minimum quantity, including for branded and custom hampers.

How do I send my recipient list?

By email. Send your recipient list to hello@thehamperboutique.com.au and we send to every address from a single order, with free standard delivery to each one.

Are you open over Christmas?

Yes. We close only on the public holidays, with no other Christmas shutdown. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, and never on a Melbourne, Victorian or national public holiday.

Can you send hampers with alcohol?

Yes. Our wine, Champagne, whisky and gin hampers can be sent as gifts. The person ordering and the person receiving must both be 18 or over, ID is checked when the hamper is handed over, and alcohol is never left unattended: if nobody is home, it goes to the local post office for collection. Alcohol-free hampers are available too. Our Victorian liquor licence number is 36171663.

How do I pay for a large order?

Pay online at checkout by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. For corporate orders we also accept purchase orders and issue invoices. All prices include GST.
