Yes. We can put your logo or brand colours on the gift box, ribbon, message slip and sticker. A small setup fee applies, and there is no minimum order. Engraving on wooden pieces, such as serving boards, is free.

Yes. Every hamper comes with a free personalised message printed on a compliments slip; add it on the hamper's page or at checkout. We can also pack your business cards or brochures in each hamper.

Hampers without alcohol are left in a safe place at the address. Hampers with wine, Champagne or spirits are never left unattended: they are handed to someone 18 or over who shows ID, or taken to the local post office for collection. If you're not sure anyone will be home, choose one of the alcohol-free hampers here.

Delivery times are estimates, so we can't promise a day, but email us the settlement date and we'll help arrange delivery as close to it as we can. Orders placed before 11 am Melbourne time are dispatched that business day. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days to Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney, 2 to 6 to Darwin, Hobart and Perth, and 2 to 10 to other areas, and express delivery is available Australia-wide.

Yes. The homeware, pantry and tea hampers here have no alcohol, so they suit buyers who don't drink and can be left at the door.
